Hi, I’m Roger—a Senior Art Director and Creative Director who helps organizations build their brands, tell their stories, and connect with their audiences through thoughtful, effective design.
My career has spanned two decades running my own branding and design studio and five years as part of an in-house creative team. Along the way, I’ve led creative initiatives, developed brand strategies, and collaborated with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams.
Working in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments has given me a broad perspective on branding, marketing, creative strategy, and visual communication. I believe great design doesn’t just look good—it solves problems, builds connections, and delivers results. Above all, it should communicate with clarity and purpose.
My appreciation for design started early. At age 10, my father—an artist and sign painter—put me to work hand-lettering every typeface painted on the shop’s enormous work table. The results were a little shaky at first, but that experience sparked a lifelong fascination with typography, craftsmanship, and the power of good design.
